This is my attempt to make the new Windows 7 7032 Control Panel Icon. ;)

The inspiration was from link here [link]

The package includes png, icon and psd.

Ok, I got Iconpackager 4, I changed the icon. But on the taskbar, the icon not changed. Anyway to change it there too?

OK, Finally I get the icon changed on taskbar: I edited "control.exe", and "shell32.dll" in system32. And changed the icon in other places with Iconpackager... Here's a screenshot with the new icon: [link]

Can you make that, if the icon size is smaller, it has two bars (like the real icon)?
